NERACOOS ERDDAP: http://www.neracoos.org/erddap/index.html

This is the primary ERDDAP installation for NERACOOS and contains the near real-time and historical data from the NERACOOS buoy platforms as well as other datasets from the region.

NERACOOS MBON ERDDAP: In development
This ERDDAP installation will provide access to datasets from the ISMN/MBON program.

This NOAA video uses forecast data for the Fukushima Region from the US Naval Oceanographic Office to illustrate how to extract ocean surface currents from ERDDAP, and use them for simulated particle tracking in an application called General NOAA Operational Monitoring Environment.

These exercises are materials for the NOAA Satellite Training Course offered each year by regional nodes of NOAA’s CoastWatch program. They demonstrate the features of the ERDDAP data servers and hands-on training on how to use the feature. Participants will subset and download data, create mapped images, visualize wind vector fields, and generate timeseries and Hovmöller diagrams.
